You don’t need to pay duty in EU Countries.
For orders within EU countries, the price includes 20% VAT, so no additional duty is required.
Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Additional taxes, fees, or levies may apply according to the regulations of your country.
For deliveries outside the European Union, recipients may be required to pay import duty or complete formal customs procedures. In such cases, the delivery may be delayed.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You will receive the return immediately when we receive the product.
We will refund you to the same card or bank account that you pay for the goods.
How to return or replace item:
