SIGN SPORT Lrd. through sign-sport.com reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, the latter being published on the Website.
Every order that is made by a client of the sign-sport.com online store has the meaning of a contract of sale between the two parties. The obligations of this contract shall be deemed fulfilled with the delivery of the goods ordered by the customer.
The transaction between the two parties is considered concluded at the order made by the client with the complete and accurate data provided by the client in relation to the stated conditions of the site and its acceptance by sign-sport.com.
Due to inventory depletion or any other reason, some products may not be available at this time. For more information the client can contact us at the specified contacts.
SIGN SPORT Ltd. reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered by it, without prior notice to the clients and at its own discretion. The price that the customer has to pay is the one that was current at the time of the order. Price reductions are effected by placing a new price below the old price, with the latter being scratched.
SIGN SPORT Ltd. is obliged to execute the order made by the client within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
The cost of returning the goods is at the expense of the customer.
In case of the incomplete data of the client in the request made by him, sign-sport.com is not bound to fulfill the order. SIGN SPORT Ltd. is not responsible for any incorrect data provided by the client.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

SIGN-SPORT.COM HAVE TO:

RETURN OF GOODS:

The customer should contact a representative of SIGN SPORT Ltd. to specify the address at which SIGN SPORT wishes to receive the goods back. Upon return of the goods, the contract of sale is considered terminated, the client will receive his money after the goods are received back.
In case of violation of one or more of the requirements for return of goods SIGN SPORT reserves the right not to refund the amount to the customer.
The shipping cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
When a wrong product choice is made, the customer is obliged to pay the shipping costs.
