Recipients of deliveries made outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You will receive the return immediately when we receive the product.
We will refund you to the same card or bank account that you pay for the goods.
How to return or replace item:
