Product Care

To extend the lifespan of trail running shoes, ensure they are fully dried between sessions. Cleaning dirt or mud helps preserve the flexibility and durability of the upper materials.

Washing

For best results, wash the shoes by hand shortly after training:

1. Remove the insoles and loosen or remove the laces.

2. Brush off dried mud with a soft brush.

3. Rinse under cold running water and remove any remaining dirt or debris (an old toothbrush works well for this).

Drying

Place the shoes in a warm, ventilated room or outdoors in the shade. Avoid direct heat sources such as dryers, radiators, fireplaces, or direct summer sunlight.

Speed up drying by removing the insoles and laces and filling the shoes with newspaper. Ensure they are completely dry before wearing again.

Reproofing

Like all water-repellent materials, the protective coating reduces its effectiveness over time. To maintain optimal performance, treat the shoes periodically with a product such as Grangers® Footwear Repel Plus.
