The MUDTALON™ SPEED is designed for fast runs on soft trails and muddy hills. Building on the global success of our iconic X-TALON and MUDCLAW series, MUDTALON SPEED combines the best of both to elevate grip, comfort, and performance to a new level.

With our proven STICKYGRIP™ rubber outsole, MUDTALON SPEED features 8 mm lugs that penetrate through the mud. Strategically positioned, they also release mud quickly, maintaining traction in challenging conditions.

The shoe offers the perfect blend of cushioning and responsiveness with the ultra-light POWERFLOW PRO midsole, working in harmony with the BOOMERANG insole. This delivers incredible underfoot comfort and shock absorption while still allowing the ground feel necessary for running on uneven and technical terrain.

Anatomically designed, MUDTALON SPEED wraps the natural contours of the foot, narrow at the heel and widening towards the toes for a secure and comfortable fit. Two fit options are available: Precision Fit and Wide Fit:

• Precision Fit: Ideal for narrow feet or runners who prefer a more locked-in feel. Provides agility on steep or technical terrain.

• Wide Fit: Ideal for wider feet or runners who prefer extra room in the toe box. Enhances comfort on long runs where toes may naturally spread.

Product Care

To extend the life of running shoes, ensure they are completely dry between workouts. Clean shoes when muddy or dirty to preserve upper flexibility and durability.

Washing:

• Remove insoles and loosen or remove laces.

• Brush off dried mud with a soft brush.

• Rinse under cold running water, removing any remaining dirt (an old toothbrush works well for detailed areas).

Drying:

• Dry in a warm, ventilated room or outside (but not in direct sunlight).

• Do not use a dryer, radiator, fireplace, or hot summer sun.

• To speed up drying, remove insoles and laces and stuff the shoes with newspaper.

• Ensure the shoes are completely dry before wearing again.

Re-waterproofing:
As with all water-repellent materials, waterproofing loses effectiveness over time. Periodically treat shoes with Grangers® Footwear Repel Plus to maintain performance.
